English: BANI DA HAR, Iraq - Iraqi soldiers with 2nd Battalion, 2nd Brigade, 7th Iraqi Army Division captured four insurgents April 16, 2006, at Bani Da Har, Iraq � a small village located along the Euphrates River in western Al Anbar Province, Iraq. Here, an insurgent is detained with the use of �flexi cuffs� � plastic hand-cuffs � before being transported to a detention facility. He was captured within hours of the three other insurgents who were taken into custody during the same operation. Proud of the fact more insurgents are off the streets of this small town, Iraqi soldiers captured the bandits without immediate assistance from the U.S. Marine unit partnered with the Iraqi unit � an uncommon occurrence in the few years since the end of Saddam Hussein�s regime in 2003. �We are sending a message to the insurgents,� said �Ahmed,� one of the Iraqi soldiers involved in the capture of the four insurgents. �There is a new sheriff in town.�
